I know what some people might be thinking…
“Oh here we go — the crystals, the cacao, the sage. She probably lives in a jungle, wears all white, and chants to the moon.”
But let me stop you right there.
This isn’t about trends.
This isn’t about “woo.”
This is about intention — and remembering who we were before the world told us to perform.
I didn’t always lead with this side of me.
In fact, for a long time, I hid it.
The Sacred Isn’t Woo — It’s Wisdom
Growing up Catholic with a strict, religious grandmother (RIP), I carried a lot of resistance to spirituality.
Church didn’t feel safe. The uniforms, the rules — it felt like control, not connection.
But something in me always knew there was more.
I was drawn to Buddhism. Hinduism. The Dao. Ayurveda. Yoga.
I started reading about energy, past lives, African shamanism, Dolores Cannon, the Hopi prophecies — and every word felt like a remembrance.
After my biggest breakup in 2019 shattered my heart (thank you, Universe), I started walking a different path.
And the magic?
It started in Central Park.

From Central Park to Shamanic Initiation
You might laugh, but I swear Central Park is a portal.
It’s where I first stumbled across a sound bath and followed the gongs.
Where I met a priestess from Guyana who introduced me to Kemetic Yoga and African shamanism.
Where I cried under the trees and asked the Universe for a sign — and stumbled upon a group in white preparing for a ritual that, a year later, would become my initiation.
That day, I was given my Mayan name:
Isabel Mitotl Teozhuitl Peepen — Dancing Turquoise Butterfly.
That name — and the sacred work that followed — changed everything.
Since then, I’ve completed a cacao apprenticeship with Florencia Friedman.
I’ve deepened my medicine path.
I’ve studied Indigenous ways from my own Central American roots — my mom from Honduras, my dad from Panama.
And I’ve remembered what I always knew:
This isn’t “new age.”
This is ancestral.
This is mine.
Why I No Longer Fragment Myself
For years, I split myself in two:
✨ The Business Woman who “had it all together.”
✨ The Spiritual Woman who hid her gifts behind closed doors.
Even when clients would ask, “How did you know that?” — I’d laugh it off. Pretend it was a lucky guess.
But I knew I was channeling. I always had.
After turning 40, I made a decision: No more hiding.
Because if I wasn’t showing up in my fullness, I couldn’t help the clients I was meant to help.
If I denied the sacred side of my work, I was doing them — and myself — a disservice.
Now, I lead my business from purpose, from prayer, and from presence.
Because the women who come to me?
They’re done performing too.
They’re craving wholeness — not just productivity.

🌿 Designing offers and launches that honor the moon, my cycle, and the Earth
These rituals are embedded into how I live, work, and lead.
They’re part of my sessions, my programs, my team rhythms, and my energy hygiene.
And yes — they work.
Why It Works (Yes, Even for Clients)
This isn’t just about me feeling better (though that’s part of it).
These rituals hold space for my clients’ breakthroughs too.
